Omega 3-6-9 from NOW® is an optimal blend of essential fatty acids sourced from organic, unrefined, cold-pressed oils of flaxseed, soy, borage and wheat germ. This balanced vegetarian supplement is high in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, dietary components vital for numerous bodily processes including the maintenance and production of new cells.*

Serving Size:
1 tablespoon (15 ml)

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take tablespoon (15 ml) 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals. For best results, take 1-1/2 tablespoons per 100 lbs. of body weight daily with meals.

Other Ingredients:
Organic Unrefined Soybean Oil, Organic Unrefined Flaxseed Oil, Unrefined Wheat Germ Oil, Organic Unrefined Borage Oil and Vitamin E - as mixed tocopherols (natural antioxidant for freshness).

Warnings:
Because lignans have estrogen agonist and antagonist properties and thus affect the reproductive development of offspring, caution is suggested when consuming flaxseed during pregnancy and lactation. In order to retain the highest quality oil, keep bottle refrigerated, away from sunlight and tightly closed after opening. For maximum freshness, consume within 6 - 8 weeks of opening.
