Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) by SciFit is comprised of the three essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. Most amino acids are not considered an important energy source, however BCAA's serve as important fuel sources for skeletal muscle tissue during periods of intense exercise. Under these conditions BCAA's promote protein synthesis and suppress protein catabolism.

Each serving contains: 460mg L-Leucine, 384mg L-Valine, and 156mg L-Isoleucine.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 30 minutes prior to training and 2 capsules immediately after training.
