Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement on workout days, take 1 capsule in the morning, and 1-2
capsules 30 minutes before workout. Non-workout days take 1-2 capsules in the
morning and 1 capsule 6-8 hours later. After week two increase to 2 capsules
before workout. For best results increase protein intake. 13-Ethyl should be
taken for up to 9 weeks and off 4 weeks.
