RECOMMENDED USE:
For a great tasting, delicious drink combine one level scoop (~30g) of HYDROFORCE™ WITH 16-20 ounces of cold water. This will allow you to pre-load glycogen, electrolytes, and performance enhancing ingredients into your body to prepare you for intense competition. If consuming during training or competition when heart rates accelerate above 120 BPM (beats per minute). HYDROFORCE™ must be combined with 20 ounces of water. Several servings of HYDROFORCE™ can be consumed during prolonged period of intense exercise. Always use the above-mentioned HYDROFORCE™ supplement strategy prior to and during endurance and/or resistance training. For best results use two servings daily including non-training days. To enhance recovery, consume a high protein MICELLEAN™ BIOACTIVE SUPERFOOD™ shake along with two servings of HYDROFORCE™ in the two hour window following training or competition.
