I cant say i can pick out the benefits as readily as some of the other reviewers. For me I did not notice any real immediate phyisiological effect, even at 600 mg doses. It wasnt until after i was running out of them and cut down that i noticed how calm i was over the past month. You can go through this pretty quikly and is a bit pricey if that bothers you.
