Great price and a convenient way to get Omega - 3s in your diet. These are especially useful when dieting because they help you strip bodyfat and the EPA and DHA help with well being. I don't know about everyone else, but I am one moody SOB when I can't eat!!! Note that the EPA and DHA content of these capsules is 2X as high as most other products so they're the ones to go with in my opinion.
