it has a good list of ingredients....however it sucks for a pre-work out drink. it didnt get me focused, nor did it give me any energy at all. the only thing i liked about this was the taste, and how well it mixes.

all 3 flavors taste great compared to alot of supplements out there today, i liked lemon-lime and blueberry the best.

it says to use 2 scoops, before a work out....i tryed taht and got nothing, then i tried 3 scoops...and still nothing...so now i dont bother using it before a work out, i jsut take it as a creatine supp. for the most part.

i wouldnt say its a bad product....but there are so many better pre-work out supps out there,.....and this one just cant compete.
