This is as close to a 'miracle' product as I've experienced.
I really hesitated to type that but it's been true for me. I've been taking 3-4 capsules a day fro two months now. My workout intensity has increased, I have more energy and I've lost a goos 8-10 pounds of body fat without any significant change in diet. The reason I hadn't changed my diet was because I was meeting all my nutritional requirements but my body fat was higher than I expected. Maybe this is down to me being in my late 30's. Not sure but in anycase, this product works and at a great price.
