2.5g of ALCAR
3g Citrulline Malate
1.5g O-AKG
3g A-AKG
5g of Taurine

All 2x a day and all I can say is GOD DAMN!!! The energy buzz is awesome! Its such a clean and natural energy surge. When I go to the gym, workouts (especially cardio) is so easy to knock out!
