this stuff is the best tasting protein i've ever had, next to muscle milk. the cinnamon roll is my favorite, and it keeps me full for about 2 hours. although it is a bit pricey, the flavor is worth the extra bucks and the gains in strength and reduction of bodyfat experienced is worth every penny. use this stuff with nitrix and no-xplode and you're primed for gains!
