I have been taking this stuff for over 2 years now and I haven't switched then. It's the best protein out there and the volume per price is unbeatable. In terms of taste, I've tried all three flavors and have found that the strawberry tastes the best when mixed with milk. If you only mix with water I'd go with the vanilla. Chocolate is in the middle. I've gotten some pretty good results with this too. I was 205 when I began using this and am at about 240lbs. I take about 240g per day. You can take it either as a protein supplement or as a weight gainer, since most weight gainers pack on about the same amount of calories per serving.
