this stuff is garbage and dangerous! i have been taking it for about 3-4 weeks now and i have been having trouble sleeping and had chest pains. i figured it was something else, but i stopped taking it for 3 days and the symptoms stopped. i took it again and my chest pains are right back. my dr. was extremely concerned about my blood pressure, which has NEVER been a problem in the past and my diet is better than ever recently.

some of the reviews are from idiots that dont know what they are talking about, some are very scary due to the fact that some are having serious sides.
