Yohimbine HCl Powder Review by Joseph1867

Bought a few grams of the yohimbine powder to experiment with. Two of its properties of interest are as a metabolism accelerator and and as sexual performance enhancer. Both effects are well covered elsewhere.

As to this product, it came as a clean, white, fluffy powder. The easiest way to use it was to dissolve in ethyl alcohol - I used 150 proof (75%) Everclear. It was easy to get a 10 mg per 1 ml concentration and it was perfectly clear - it dissolved quickly with no filtering required. That speaks well to the purity of the yohimbine. Note that this is a rather strong concentration and should be measured carefully in mixing and before consumption as it will be easy to OD.

For metabolic effects, 5 mg is adequate - just put half a milliliter (10 drops from a "standard" dropper) in some water and drink. It definitely "turned up the heat" during exercise. As a before sex treat, erection enhancer, and orgasm booster, 10 mg (one ml) worked great.

The effects were very clean - not like yohimbe extracts where there is much more "voodoo" stuff going on from the non-yohimbine alkaloids present in the extract.

In summary, an inexpensive way to get a life-time supply of quality yohimbine.
