It did nothing amazing, I would of gotten the same result's by just drinking regular creatine monohydrate.Also this stuff cost way too much and taste like chemicals, yucccckkkk!!!!Ended up giving it away.
If youll want something good try a bottle of CEX pills.Way better stuff.
