Good stuff. I enjoy reading reviews where people say they got bad headaches from it, they realize there's creatine in this and it dehydrates you, requiring more water intake so you don't get headaches, don't they?
Anyhow, I've used this product many times and from the first to last scoop, there is an immediate pump through my veins and strength increases come at the drop of a hat. I love it.
