This stuff is strong and the Caffiene content of 280mg is misleading this stuff will get you going and my WORKOUT PARTNER SUPERMAN found out the hard way you start off with the Maximum Dose and you will be SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE. I am not sure how they have done it but they have found away to give you WAAAAAAY TOO MUCH energy than normal. DO NOT STACK THIS WITH OTHER STIMULANTS YOUR SYSTEM WILL BE THROWN OFF BIG TIME. I only say this as I saw my Workout Partner over a 5 day period lose every good hour of sleep one person could afford to stand and he has an EXTREMELY HIGH TOLERANCE FOR STIMULANTS.
