I've been using this since May, 2005. I would rank it up there with protein as being the most effective basic supplement I use. Increase in strength, recovery, and endurance. I've used everything from Cell-Tech to Omega Thunder. This is by far the most effective in performance and value.

Seriously it can't be beat.

For those who don't like the taste, try this. Just add your desired amount to a shot glass, dissolve with water, shot it, and drink a couple of ounces water immediately after. The taste is there for about 5-10 seconds and then gone. I'll take something that works and taste horrible over a great tasting product that sucks.
